Poem by Shel Silverstein
Mr. KK, Kestan, Bugga-boo, Hun, Little man, Poosky, Bum-Bum are just a few nick names we call our oldest son. I took this picture a year and a half ago at a rest stop between Denver and Kansas City. In a few days he turns 4. He is still one-heck-of -a little loving caring boy.
Well, it looks like I may be posting new content a little less often on this blog site as I work steadily for the next 6 months on a special donor wall for Ronald McDonald house in Chicago. Feel free to check out my chrisduhartmaker.com blog during the next few months. That site is where all the action is going to be until June 2012. In the meantime, check back here weekly, I plan on posting my favorite shots I have taken in the past. Band shots, my kids and wife and who knows what else. Have a wonderful new year everyone.
1 of 80 miniature doors I am creating for a new Ronald McDonald House.
Forty-five years ago I was born, not in a manger, but in a warm hospital in Indianapolis. My parents gave ma a reindeer ornament for my first Christmas. A few years later, my wife was born, I think in a manger, in Sioux City, Iowa. A wise man and women gave her a Babies First Christmas ornament and a baggy of frankincense and myrrh A couple of days later we grew up, had two kids of our own and lived happily ever after and after and after. I wish each and everyone of you a warm and happy Christmas!
All the Duh family characters hope your year is stuffed full with way more adventures than two puppets heads worth of poly-fiber filling!
